Health and Well-being Data

Nudge is designed to help users manage overthinking and improve mental well-being. To provide this service, the application accesses, collects, and processes information related to your mental and emotional state that you share during interactions with our AI assistant.

We collect and use this health and well-being data (including patterns of thought and mood-related reflections) for the following purposes:

• To provide personalized AI-driven guidance and support
• To help you identify and overcome specific overthinking patterns
• To enhance the relevance of the "Nudge" service for your mental well-being

This information is processed through our secure servers and via the Anthropic Claude API to provide you with the core functionality of the app. We do not sell your health data or use it for marketing or advertising purposes.
